​        RETURN & REFUND POLICY

​1. General Policy All payments, donations, purchases, or service fees made through our website are considered final and non-refundable.
We encourage users to review all details carefully before making any transaction. Once a product, service, or donation has been successfully processed, no cancellation or refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Product or Service Replacement While refunds are not applicable, Veda Vignyana Samithi Trust allows users to request a replacement or alternative service in the following cases:
  • The service or product received is incorrect or incomplete.
  • A technical issue occurred during transaction processing or product delivery.
Such replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction by contacting vvstindia@gmail.com with full transaction details and supporting information. All such requests will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Trust’s administration team.
3. Donations All donations made to Veda Vignyana Samithi Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
In case of an accidental duplicate payment, donors may contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
After verification, the Trust may consider issuing a refund or adjusting the excess amount toward another service or project.
4. Transaction Failures If a payment is deducted from your bank account but not reflected on our website due to technical issues, please notify us at vvstindia@gmail.com with the following details:
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment date and mode
  • Amount paid
After verifying the payment status with our payment gateway provider, we will either confirm completion or initiate the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
5. Mode of Refund (If Applicable) In exceptional approved cases where a refund is applicable:
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Processing time may vary between 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • The Trust will not be liable for delays beyond its control.
