Approval of such requests will be at our sole discretion.

12. Shipping and Delivery Modes & Timelines: We take utmost care in packing the product to have it delivered in safe and original condition, anywhere across India. We ship consignments in various modes through our logistics partners such as courier, cargo, India Post etc., depending on the availability of service of respective service providers in the destination pin code. Any consignments being sent to rural, remote destinations are despatched through India Post. We make sure that the product is dispatched from our end within 24 hours after booking. Delivery time would be ranging from 3 to 10 working days from the booking date. Customers who do not get the delivery within 10 working days are requested to contact us with order information for initiating necessary follow up with the respective service provider.
